June 30.2006 –Bains/West, a consortium of privately-owned insurance agencies in Oklahoma and Arkansas, was named a Top 100 Property/Casualty Independent Agency by Insurance Journal, the national property and casualty magazine.

The award is given to 100 of the nation’s top independent insurance agencies and brokerages whose business volume is primarily retail.

Fred Daniel & Sons, Inc. and the other independent agencies that comprise Bains/West, represent nearly every insurance company in the market and are considered to be one of the largest insurance operations in Oklahoma. Bains/West was organized 10 years ago, and now has 17 member agencies in the two states.
